ToggleWHAT HAPPENED?
Lingard's footballing career seemed to be headed for the ditch after his failed Manchester United career was followed by an uninspiring Nottingham Forest stint. However, the England international has managed to secure a surprise move to South Korean side FC Seoul and has been enjoying life with the K-League side over the last year and a half.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
After a tough start to life at FC Seoul, Lingard has managed to work his way back into the side and has been performing well for his new side. The 32-year-old has now revealed which his favourite mobile application is and admitted that he 'eats healthy' during his cheat meals, scoffing at McDonald's and Papa John's.

WHAT LINGARD SAID
Speaking to GQ Korea, Lingard said: [My favourite mobile app] would probably be Coupang Eats, to be honest. When we have our days off or I want a cheat meal, I normally go to that app. Probably two or three times a week, maybe. But you can still eat healthy on there, you know, it's not like we eat fast food all the time.
"I'd say I've got a variety, really, and like I say, I eat healthy. So on the odd occasion, it could be McDonald's, it could be Papa John's, it could be Mom's Touch. My friend who lives with me, [he] only eats chicken. So, yeah, Gongbao Chicken, we enjoy that a lot, or the K-Dot Barbeque chicken, I like it a lot as well."

WHAT NEXT FOR LINGARD?
Through the early stages of the K League 2025 season, FC Seoul have not had the best of starts as they currently sit seventh on the standings after 16 matchdays. Lingard has managed to score four goals so far and will be hoping to help his side get back into form as the season progresses.
