  The Manchester City star was filmed sitting cross-legged in the middle of a river holding his famous meditation pose ahead of his return to England for pre-season. Haaland looked to be enjoying one last bit of peace and quiet before he returns to the noise and pressure of Premier League football.

  Haaland made 45 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring 38 goals. Although the Norwegian will have wanted to go to Euro 2024, he will be reaping the rewards of the extra rest ahead of the new domestic campaign. The 23-year-old missed a significant amount of time through injury in 2023-24 and will be raring to go following another Premier League triumph under Pep Guardiola.
